All items stated as PREORDER take time to produce. I will notify you when your product is ready to ship.
If you purchase items in stock along with a preorder item your complete order will be shipped once the preorder items are produced and ready to ship.
S H I P P I N G
PRINTS
Fine Art print editions take up to 15 days to be produced and 5-10 days to be shipped. They'll be shipped using Standard Registered Mail. You will get a tracking number. The estimate delivery time is 30 to 50 working days depending on your postal service.
Hand detailed prints take a bit longer to ship since I have to take time to make each one perfect. Expect them to ship one week later than the regular edition prints.
All prints are shipped flat unless stated otherwise.
ORIGINAL ART
Original works will be shipped using Standard Registered Mail unless stated otherwise. You will get a tracking number. The estimate delivery time is 30 to 50 working days depending on your postal service.
OTHER
Expect your order to be shipped within 2-8 business days after payment is received (Unless it's a preorder item or a fine art print like stated above)
Your orders will be shipped using standard registered mail with tracking number. It take approximately 30-50 days to arrive. It sometimes can take longer.

- I will ship worldwide but I am not responsible for customs/duty charges or any lost packages/failed deliveries.

I try to give the lowest shipping rates by using standard registered mail, which is 90% safe but there are some cases where the packages might get lost and unable to be recovered. This is why we give you the option to quote for an Express delivery service to ensure your delivery.

I will provide you with a track number so you can check your package status. It is the client's responsibility to track their package at any times with the track number we provide to avoid any issues with deliveries.

Once the package has left Mexico, the package handling is completely out of my control, I'm very sorry, but that's just how the postal service works. I can't do much for you other than calling the postal office and asking for assistance, which I will do gladly for you.

In case of a lost package, I can present a claim within the postal service, but I can't guarantee it will go through and at most they can refund the cost of shipping since registered mail is not insuranced.

However, sometimes the fail in the deliveries are due to other causes and the packages are returned to me. I will notify you if your package is returned and you would only need to cover for the shipping fee again or in this case, I can offer you a refund for the item costs in case you no longer want them.

I package everything very carefully to prevent damage, but sometimes the postal service can be rough with the handling. I am not responsible for any heavy damaged packages.

Track numbers will be sent to the Paypal e-mail used to make your purchase, if you no longer use it or wish me to send it to any other e-mail address, please contact me in the Contact section or add a note at the moment of purchase.
- If you want a faster, safer and insured delivery method to avoid any issues, please contact me and ask for an express shipping method. I can quote you on DHL, FEDEX, UPS, EMS, Uber (only available to the close area to my office in Mexico City) or any other express delivery services and you only have to pay for the difference cost. This is highly recommended for packages $50 USD and over and for original artwork.
